About Me
I am currently studying Information Systems (M.Sc) at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Primarily focused on Data Science and Machine Learning. But also interested in Interactive Systems and Ubiquitous Computing.
Projects
(2021)
Clustering of Traffic Scene Graphs using Variational Autoencoders
In my Bachelor Thesis i explored the novel technique of Variational Graph Autoencoders to generate realistic, synthetic traffic scenes. In addition I also clustered the resulting latent space to make complex traffic scenes comparable.
(2022)
Self Supervised Clustering of Traffic Scenes using Graph Representations
As a follow-up to my Thesis and while working at the FZI We wrote and published this paper about using Graph Neural Networks and Contrastive learning to generate a metric for comparing traffic scenes without expensive graph matching. <Preprint>
(2021)
Grind Size Analyzer
Comparing and Communicating Coffee grind sizes and distributions between different grinders is difficult. Professional lab tools exist but access to them is expensive. This simple website provides a free and reliable solution. <Analyzer>
(2016-2017)
Formula Student
As part of the Einstein Motorsport team I developed, simulated and build the rear aerodynamic components. At Formula Student Austria I defended our aero design sucessfully.
(2015-2016)
Sparrow
Starting as a hobby project and later on financially supported by the Baden-Würtemberg-Stiftung We developed an Electric Longboard with an innovative weigth sensing control scheme, making for a more intuitive and safe ride. Participating at Jugend Forscht we won the first place in the regional competition and won a sponsored internship at KIT at the state competition.
Education
Master Information Systems
(2022-est.2024)
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology
Bachelor Information Engineering and Management
(2017-2022)
Karlsruhe Institute of Technology
Work Experience
(Fall 2022-Spring 2024)
Bringy
I joined Bringy as their inaugural Full Stack Data Scientist, charged with the strategic implementation of data-driven features across the delivery ecosystem. My focus revolved around seamlessly integrating data science throughout the entire process, ensuring a comprehensive end-to-end solution.
(Spring 2022-Summer 2023)
Forschungszentrum Informatik (FZI)
Following my Thesis i joined the FZI as Research Assistant and continue working on multiple topics concerning representation learning and graph generation using Graph Neural Networks applied to traffic scene graphs.
(Spring 2020-Summer 2020)
Wieland Werke AG
As intern in the smart data team i was tasked with conducting statistical data analysis. Most projects revolved around modeling and improving existing procedures using data from the production.
(Spring 2019-Fall 2019)
Hinte Marketing & Media GmbH
In my role as a working student i contributed to various IT related topics, like conducting usability studies, researching and implementing new IT systems and supporting in product development.
